Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 6–9 years of experience in healthcare strategy, analytics, consulting, or finance.
- Proven ownership of complex initiatives and ability to operate independently.
- Deep understanding of value-based care models, specialty care economics, and provider network management.
- Advanced analytical skills, including financial modeling, utilization analysis, and performance measurement.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-ready presentation experience.
- Ability to influence outcomes across a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and optimize specialty provider networks across multiple markets with a focus on performance, access, and cost.
- Provide analytical and strategic input for the development and scaling of value-based specialty care programs.
- Lead advanced financial modeling, including scenario analysis, total cost of care, and network ROI assessment.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to market and executive leadership by synthesizing complex clinical and financial data.
- Set analytical standards and best practices for specialty care strategy workstreams.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by engaging clinical, operational, finance, and analytics stakeholders.
