Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Plaintiff's personal injury case management experience.
- Strong understanding of state, local, and federal court rules.
- Strong empathy for injured clients.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Confidence and motivation to exceed expectations.
- Professional attire and demeanor.
- Ability to work during Mountain Time business hours.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Contact new clients within 24 hours of retention to complete intake questionnaires.
- Provide telephonic client updates every 3 weeks.
- Complete case analysis within 3 weeks of receiving insurance confirmations.
- Schedule client evaluation appointments with attorneys within 2 days of draft completion.
- Submit demand letters within 2 days of approved client authority.
- Maintain case information and dates in SmartAdvocate.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters on case matters.
- Manage health insurance and Medicare subrogation claims.
