Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant design stream.
- Strong conceptual visual design skills.
- High level of proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Broad knowledge of designing for various eLearning industry tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the eLearning industry.
- Ability to set up and manage archives for visual concepts and material.
- Experience collating moodboards and concepts from library and design teams.
- Ability to generate a templated, efficient design system.
- Degree in design or equivalent relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create concept statics, storyboards, and sample layouts using Adobe and print software.
- Develop dynamic and engaging project materials that align with brand standards and client expectations.
- Transform written content into creative graphic solutions across diverse media.
- Collaborate with Learning Directors, Managers, Instructional Designers, and Design Managers to produce high-quality client-facing visual content.
- Manage time effectively to balance requirements of multiple concurrent projects.
- Align design approaches with internal and client budget constraints.
- Catalog new and existing assets and maintain a searchable repository of design samples.
