Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, including hands-on administration and solution/architecture ownership.
  • Strong command of Sales Cloud, core CRM objects, declarative automation (Flow), and permissions.
  • Experience with Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and marketing-to-sales workflows.
  • Experience with CPQ tools such as DealHub or comparable systems across lead-to-cash/quote-to-cash.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with downstream systems like data warehouses, Finance, and marketing stacks.
  • Familiarity with CDP or marketing cloud platform evaluation.
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy with ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and decision-making.
  • Ability to drive data quality, completeness, and deduplication.

Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce platform architecture across GTM workflows, objects, fields, permissions, automations, integrations, and release control.
  • Translate requirements from RevOps, Marketing Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Data into system design.
  • Maintain governance for new fields, objects, flows, validation rules, and integration dependencies.
  • Manage lead-to-cash and quote-to-cash workflows including routing, lifecycle stages, and customer handoffs.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations on Pardot/Account Engagement, campaign data, and lifecycle stages.
  • Lead requirements and evaluation for future platforms like Salesforce Data 360, SFMC Advanced, or Adobe Marketing Cloud.
  • Own integration quality for DealHub CPQ and oversee release management, testing, and deployment.
