Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
- Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong background in B2B lead generation and funnel-based marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of PPC strategy, audience targeting, retargeting, and attribution models.
- Advanced experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation.
- Ability to independently build, launch, optimize, and report on paid campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Excellent ad copywriting and creative testing skills.
- Familiarity with CRO principles and landing page optimization.
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is a plus.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads are considered an advantage.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with high ownership.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and additional platforms such as TikTok, Reddit, and X (Twitter).
- Design and execute full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Own campaign structure, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and creative testing to maximize performance.
- Continuously monitor and optimize key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Run structured A/B tests across ads, landing pages, bidding strategies, audiences, and messaging variations.
- Analyze funnel performance and user behavior to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Manage tracking infrastructure using GA4, GTM, UTMs, and platform analytics to ensure data accuracy.
- Produce performance reports with actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and design teams to align messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Identify scalable acquisition channels and contribute to broader growth and revenue initiatives.
