Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong background in B2B lead generation and funnel-based marketing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of PPC strategy, audience targeting, retargeting, and attribution models.
  • Advanced experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation.
  • Ability to independently build, launch, optimize, and report on paid campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Excellent ad copywriting and creative testing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRO principles and landing page optimization.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is a plus.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads are considered an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with high ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and additional platforms such as TikTok, Reddit, and X (Twitter).
  • Design and execute full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Own campaign structure, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and creative testing to maximize performance.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Run structured A/B tests across ads, landing pages, bidding strategies, audiences, and messaging variations.
  • Analyze funnel performance and user behavior to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Manage tracking infrastructure using GA4, GTM, UTMs, and platform analytics to ensure data accuracy.
  • Produce performance reports with actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and design teams to align messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify scalable acquisition channels and contribute to broader growth and revenue initiatives.
