Requirements

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with proven performance results.
  • 1+ year of experience running Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), including audience targeting and optimization.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Working experience with Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Ads Editor.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for conversion tracking and Google Merchant Center for product feed management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including client-facing presentation ability.
  • Highly curious, coachable, and collaborative personality.
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing agency environment is highly valued.
  • Bonus: experience in the automotive industry or OEM reimbursement workflows.
  • Bonus: familiarity with creative tools for ad mockup design and display assets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, build, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to improve ROI and lower cost per conversion.
  • Conduct daily performance analysis of campaign accounts and website traffic to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements.
  • Oversee budget pacing and allocation to ensure consistent spend and maximum efficiency across monthly campaigns.
  • Produce detailed performance reports using Google Ads and Meta Ads data, including insights on keywords, creatives, and audience performance.
  • Participate in client communication, presenting campaign performance updates and recommending strategic improvements.
  • Support OEM reimbursement processes by gathering documentation, reviewing requirements, and submitting claims accurately.
  • Create display ad mockups and visual assets using basic photo editing tools when needed.
  • Work across platforms including Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Meta Ads Manager to manage tracking, conversions, and campaign optimization.
