Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Organizational Development, or Industrial Organizational Psychology.
- Minimum of five years of experience in workforce analytics, people analytics, HR reporting, or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, and automation.
- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of workforce metrics, reporting methodologies, and workforce planning principles.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with SQL or advanced data querying tools is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, or technology industries is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance workforce dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reporting.
- Perform advanced workforce analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Operations to deliver timely insights.
- Support workforce planning initiatives including headcount forecasting and organizational structure analysis.
- Analyze employee lifecycle data across recruitment, retention, and performance.
- Build executive-level reports to communicate key trends and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy through audits and validation processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve analytical efficiency.
