Requirements
- 2+ years of experience designing, developing, researching, or writing complex human-centered content, experiences, or scenarios.
- Strong writing, editing, and synthesis skills for translating complex context into clear, realistic simulation materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail in reviewing content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and quality.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and identifying what needs to be clarified.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presence for leading client and SME interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote, distributed environment.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, drafting, analysis, or creative development.
- Ability to adapt as tools, processes, and approaches evolve.
Responsibilities
- Develop realistic simulation concepts, storylines, characters, interaction dynamics, and scenario structures.
- Research and synthesize information regarding target audiences, industries, and interpersonal dynamics to ensure authenticity.
- Author participant, client, and internal-facing simulation materials.
- Draft scoring criteria and assessment guidance to support valid performance evaluation.
- Lead design consultations with clients and subject matter experts to refine simulation specifications.
- Work iteratively with AI tools to generate effective production of the simulation design.
- Train and support Simulation Specialists and Coaches on delivery expectations.
- Maintain, update, and improve simulations based on performance data and stakeholder feedback.
