Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience ideating and developing performance-focused direct response and social media creative strategies.
  • Prior experience in a creative or performance marketing agency setting.
  • Management experience leading direct reports and junior team members.
  • Strong understanding of digital trends and culture across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Excellent performance marketing and creative instincts.
  • Ability to persuasively communicate strategic insights to stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to influence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Asana and Google Sheets is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a plus.
  • Background in UGC creation is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative and messaging strategies for digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Act as the creative strategy lead for assigned client accounts, providing guidance on direction and best practices.
  • Analyze consumer mindsets and behaviors to create actionable creative concepts.
  • Partner with media teams to review campaign performance and optimize messaging.
  • Manage creative launch pipelines, coordinating deliverables and ensuring on-schedule execution.
  • Develop creative briefs and manage project tasks using internal tools like Asana.
  • Review scripts, concepts, and final deliverables for quality control and brand alignment.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between creative, media, and client-facing teams.
