Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience ideating and developing performance-focused direct response and social media creative strategies.
- Prior experience in a creative or performance marketing agency setting.
- Management experience leading direct reports and junior team members.
- Strong understanding of digital trends and culture across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Excellent performance marketing and creative instincts.
- Ability to persuasively communicate strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to influence in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Asana and Google Sheets is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a plus.
- Background in UGC creation is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative and messaging strategies for digital channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Act as the creative strategy lead for assigned client accounts, providing guidance on direction and best practices.
- Analyze consumer mindsets and behaviors to create actionable creative concepts.
- Partner with media teams to review campaign performance and optimize messaging.
- Manage creative launch pipelines, coordinating deliverables and ensuring on-schedule execution.
- Develop creative briefs and manage project tasks using internal tools like Asana.
- Review scripts, concepts, and final deliverables for quality control and brand alignment.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between creative, media, and client-facing teams.
