Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a preventative care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver sensitive information with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Available for weekend/holiday shifts with a minimum of two Sundays per month.
Responsibilities
- Contact patients with abnormal screening results to discuss findings and provide guidance on next steps.
- Deliver clear and concise information about the nature of the abnormalities and potential health implications.
- Develop and communicate personalized care plans, including necessary follow-up actions and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and care plans.
