Requirements
- Current and unrestricted MD, DO, or NP medical license in the US.
- Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (for physicians).
- AANP or ANCC national certification, FNP or AGNP specialty (for NPs).
- Minimum 3 years of post-graduate Primary Care experience.
- Active Compact Multi-State RN license and APRN license (for NPs).
- Active California medical license (for physicians).
- Medical degree from a U.S. accredited medical school (for physicians).
- Eligibility for licensure in all 50 states.
- Proficiency with digital tools, telemedicine platforms, and virtual consultations.
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct direct patient care via live video visits, phone calls, and secure messaging.
- Diagnose and treat medical conditions through virtual care platforms.
- Review patient medical histories and prescribe appropriate medications.
- Provide preventative care recommendations and health education to patients.
- Collaborate with medical operations and pharmacy teams to ensure patient-centered care.
- Complete physician oversight and chart reviews (physician role).
- Adhere to clinical protocols and medical guidelines.
