Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of enterprise systems development experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with at least two of: NetSuite, Salesforce, or Bullhorn.
- Strong API design and integration experience including REST, SOAP, webhooks, OAuth, and event-driven patterns.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, master data management, and data governance.
- Working knowledge of at least one iPaaS or automation platform (n8n, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, Make).
- Fluency in the English language (B2 level minimum on CEFR scale).
- Ability to provide 3 hours of overlap with U.S. Central Time each day.
- Experience with ERP or CRM migration projects is strongly preferred.
- Active certifications in SuiteCloud Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer, or Bullhorn Marketplace are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.1, RESTlets, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Build and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
- Design and implement Bullhorn customizations, workflows, and integrations following the migration from Zenople.
- Design, document, and maintain REST APIs for application and automation consumption.
- Build and maintain platform integrations including ZoomInfo, Pardot, Clay, and Fireflies.
- Develop and maintain automation workflows using n8n or similar iPaaS platforms.
- Lead technical execution of the Zenople-to-Bullhorn data migration and enforce data governance standards.
