Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6+ years of enterprise systems development experience.
Deep hands-on experience with at least two of: NetSuite, Salesforce, or Bullhorn.
Strong API design and integration experience including REST, SOAP, webhooks, OAuth, and event-driven patterns.
Solid understanding of data modeling, master data management, and data governance.
Working knowledge of at least one iPaaS or automation platform (n8n, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, Make).
Fluency in the English language (B2 level minimum on CEFR scale).
Ability to provide 3 hours of overlap with U.S. Central Time each day.
Experience with ERP or CRM migration projects is strongly preferred.
Active certifications in SuiteCloud Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer, or Bullhorn Marketplace are preferred.

Develop and maintain NetSuite customizations using SuiteScript 2.1, RESTlets, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
Build and extend Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
Design and implement Bullhorn customizations, workflows, and integrations following the migration from Zenople.
Design, document, and maintain REST APIs for application and automation consumption.
Build and maintain platform integrations including ZoomInfo, Pardot, Clay, and Fireflies.
Develop and maintain automation workflows using n8n or similar iPaaS platforms.
Lead technical execution of the Zenople-to-Bullhorn data migration and enforce data governance standards.
