Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience covering technical, on-page, off-page, and local disciplines.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and Core Web Vitals.
- Proficiency in SEO tools including SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console.
- Expertise in WordPress SEO, including themes, builders, plugins, and schema.
- Experience with local SEO and managing Google Business Profiles.
- Ability to perform technical audits and provide actionable content briefs.
- Familiarity with AI and LLM optimization strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive gap analysis to identify high-value traffic and conversion opportunities.
- Execute on-page optimization including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URL structures, internal linking, and image alt attributes.
- Perform white-hat link-building, backlink profile analysis, and manage local business citations to build domain authority.
- Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawl optimization, indexation, Core Web Vitals, redirects, XML sitemaps, and schema markup.
- Monitor and report on performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Optimize content for LLM and AI-driven search environments such as SGE, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
- Manage Google Business Profile optimization and local review strategies.
- Collaborate with IT and web development teams on technical implementation, page speed, WordPress compatibility, and CRO improvements.
