Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar technical field.
- Mastery of Python and Django.
- Strong skills in TypeScript and React.
- Proven experience in an engineering team at a start-up, scale-up, or product-driven company.
- Experience designing and evolving backend systems under load.
- Strong understanding of API-driven solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Demonstrable experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize scalable backend systems and high-performance frontend applications.
- Ensure security, performance, and maintainability of codebases.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues in development and production environments.
- Collaborate with Team Leads and Product Managers to align on priorities and solve design challenges.
- Translate product requirements and user stories into effective technical implementations.
- Research and integrate emerging AI capabilities to enhance development productivity.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation for systems and processes.
