Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and refer candidates to hiring managers.
- Develop effective working relationships with placement agencies, external recruiters, HR, and business partners.
- Manage staffing for entry and mid-level, high-volume positions as well as managerial, technical, and professional roles.
- Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of the recruiting process.
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Assess the staffing needs of business units and implement appropriate recruitment strategies.
