Requirements
- 1–3 years of successful sales experience or prior success as a Staples B2B Sales Associate.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop, and close sales opportunities.
- Experience working in a goal-oriented or competitive sales environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to be coached and apply feedback to improve performance.
- Professional communication skills and customer-facing presence.
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) (Preferred).
- Industry knowledge within B2B sales environments (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Prospect and win new small-to-medium business customers within a defined territory.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive outreach using phone, video, face-to-face meetings, and digital tools.
- Set and conduct appointments with key decision-makers to uncover business needs and position solutions.
- Apply consultative selling techniques to identify opportunities and recommend customized product and service solutions.
- Utilize CRM and sales tools (e.g., SFDC, Tenfold) to optimize productivity and track activity.
- Collaborate with internal partners to close deals and ensure successful onboarding.
- Onboard and ramp newly won accounts to drive adoption, retention, and long-term growth.
