Requirements
- Experience managing projects with cross-functional internal teams of 8-10+ people.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Paid Media, Data Analytics, and UX.
- Proactive project management approach with ability to navigate tasks independently.
- Experience interfacing directly with client points of contact at all levels.
- Proven ability to forecast team bandwidth and navigate project roadblocks.
- Demonstrated organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Aptitude for process improvement and project management best practices.
- Willingness to adopt and integrate AI workflows into daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for new client requests on high-priority accounts.
- Manage integrated project plans in collaboration with all service lines.
- Plan and monitor resource utilization, forecast bandwidth, and manage project budgets.
- Track hours and costs, proactively identifying budget risks to finance and management.
- Delegate tasks and manage resource assignments using Wrike and client-preferred tools.
- Lead ongoing process improvements to drive company-wide efficiency.
