Job Details

7+ years of product management, product engineering, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience with hands-on AI tool usage in a professional context.
Demonstrated ability to write technical story/specs (state machines, business rules, data contracts) that AI tools can execute.
Technical fluency in reading data models, evaluating API contracts, and debugging AI-generated code.
Track record of shipping working prototypes or production code.
Strong outcome ownership with a focus on defining success metrics and kill thresholds.
Experience working in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, transportation, or e-commerce technology.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, fail-fast development environment.
Excellent written communication skills with a focus on technical specification writing.

Own the full product loop independently: AI-augmented discovery, story/spec creation, prototyping, production PR, and outcome measurement.
Conduct customer discovery and synthesize research across tickets, interviews, behavioral data, and competitive signals.
Demonstrate deep functional and technical knowledge of owned products end-to-end to partners and merchants.
Use AI tools to evaluate product metrics, identify usage patterns, and surface anomalies.
Maintain a prioritized roadmap ranked by impact and speed while synthesizing strategic inputs.
Evaluate proposed solutions against existing architecture, including service boundaries and API data contracts.
Write clear story/specs and review AI-generated code to facilitate efficient production deployments.
Set experiment hypotheses with explicit kill thresholds and make data-driven decisions on rollouts.
