Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management working on complex workflows.
- Product management experience in android application.
- Background in workflow systems, automation, or operations-heavy products.
- High level of detail orientation and ability to identify process gaps.
- Ability to perform basic data analysis with SQL.
- Passionate about software quality, devops, documentation and programming.
- Experience in directly mentoring product management teams.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to travel 10%-20% of the time to international markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop, prioritize, and implement product roadmaps grounded in user insights and business ROI.
- Mentor and nurture product team members by setting priorities and implementing best practices.
- Drive requirements definition including PRDs, workflow diagrams, and functional requirements.
- Partner daily with engineering to shape system design, APIs, and data models.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and scope control.
- Identify process gaps and user pain points through product discovery and data analysis.
- Define and track KPIs to monitor product performance and business impact.
