Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience shipping production software.
- Fluency in at least one frontend JS framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Fluency in a strongly typed backend language (C#, .NET, Python, or Go).
- Experience with full-stack development and comfort learning new stack components.
- Experience naming and analyzing technical tradeoffs in design discussions.
- Strong engineering habits regarding testing, observability, and code review.
- Experience debugging production systems.
- Understanding of CI/CD workflows and the deployment lifecycle from commit to live.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship product features across React, .NET Core/Python, and supporting infrastructure.
- Present concrete tradeoffs such as performance, complexity, and blast radius in design discussions.
- Close open questions through spiking, scripting, or prototyping.
- Operate developed systems by instrumenting code and responding to alerts.
- Review code thoughtfully and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify and address tech debt, alerting gaps, and missing tests independently.
