Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python with a focus on clean, testable, and well-documented code.
- Experience working with tabular data and file-based pipelines.
- Experience in image or signal data processing using libraries such as OpenCV, scikit-image, or PIL.
- Competency in SQL and data warehousing technologies like Snowflake or DBT.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (GitHub Actions, Docker).
- Proficiency in building lightweight UIs using Python frameworks like NiceGUI, Streamlit, or Gradio.
- English language proficiency at a C1 level.
- Must be located in Poland for at least 5 years.
- Background in a regulated or quality-managed environment (e.g., medical, GxP, ISO) is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data ingestion and metadata pipelines for whole slide images.
- Implement de-identification and integrity checks for WSI files.
- Develop tools for dataset splitting and stratification.
- Build lightweight review and management user interfaces.
- Manage CI, packaging, and test coverage for developed tools.
