Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles in healthcare technology, SaaS, digital health, MedTech, or medical devices.
- Proven experience in new business development through outbound prospecting and consultative selling.
- Experience selling to hospitals, health systems, IDNs, or virtual care organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales processes, forecast, and exceed quota targets.
- Comfort engaging with clinical, operational, technical, and procurement stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and accountability in managing pipeline and activities.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-40%.
Responsibilities
- Own new business generation and quota attainment for Eko’s Telehealth platform across assigned enterprise healthcare segments.
- Build and execute a target account strategy focused on hospitals, health systems, IDNs, virtual care programs, and distributed care organizations.
- Prospect into new accounts using a multi-channel approach including outbound email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
- Engage key decision-makers across clinical, operational, technical, and executive leadership.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract execution.
- Partner with internal teams such as Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to address integration and technical requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce regarding account plans, opportunities, and forecasting.
