  • Experience using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Shop, or Amazon Seller Central

Responsibilities

  • Support backend operations across digital platforms and internal systems
  • Assist with platform updates, content organization, product listings, and operational workflows
  • Monitor product performance and identify relevant digital or viral trend patterns
  • Track conversion rates, engagement metrics, traffic performance, and user activity
  • Prepare basic reports and performance summaries for internal review
  • Coordinate with internal team members to improve digital platform efficiency
  • Help maintain accurate records, campaign information, and platform data
  • Support ongoing marketing projects and digital operations as needed
