Requirements

- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Organized, reliable, and responsive during agreed working hours
- Familiarity with digital marketing metrics
- Experience using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Google Analytics, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Shop, or Amazon Seller Central
Responsibilities
- Support backend operations across digital platforms and internal systems
- Assist with platform updates, content organization, product listings, and operational workflows
- Monitor product performance and identify relevant digital or viral trend patterns
- Track conversion rates, engagement metrics, traffic performance, and user activity
- Prepare basic reports and performance summaries for internal review
- Coordinate with internal team members to improve digital platform efficiency
- Help maintain accurate records, campaign information, and platform data
- Support ongoing marketing projects and digital operations as needed
