- 5+ years in B2B SaaS digital growth.
- 2+ years team leadership experience.
- Proven pipeline growth and €2M+ budget ownership.
- Strong expertise in paid acquisition, CRO, and SEO/GEO.
- Editorial judgment and digital design understanding.
- Enterprise sales awareness.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic workflows (e.g., Claude, LLM-based tooling).
- Ability to design or ship systems that automate marketing processes end-to-end.
- Analytical and commercially driven mindset.
- Experience in 20M–100M ARR SaaS preferred.
- International SaaS exposure preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own paid, organic, website, and conversion channels.
- Translate growth targets into clear priorities and roadmaps.
- Deliver predictable marketing-sourced pipeline while balancing short- and long-term growth.
- Lead website structure, messaging, UX, landing pages, and CRO.
- Lead paid acquisition and €2M+ budget allocation aligned to revenue goals.
- Build scalable SEO/GEO and intent-based content clusters.
- Lead revenue-focused content aligned to buyer journey and enterprise sales.
- Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and key revenue KPIs.
- Establish scalable processes and experimentation frameworks.
- Lead paid, content, web, and design teams.
