Requirements
- Proven experience leading engineering teams.
- Hands-on involvement in front-end platform initiatives.
- Technical background enabling engagement with browser extensions, native desktop, or similar client-side domains.
- Comfortable reading and reasoning about TypeScript, JavaScript, or Rust.
- Proficiency with Git and modern software delivery practices.
- Ability to form strong relationships with other leaders.
- Strong sense of empathy and ability to advocate for others.
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and retain a strong team of engineers across browser autofill and desktop native domains.
- Set and report on measurable goals and objectives for both teams.
- Facilitate team ceremonies including weekly syncs, backlog refinements, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
- Monitor in-flight work to identify blocked items, drive resolution, and provide status updates.
- Own escalation and triage for production issues, bugs, and customer escalations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, Design, Product, and Architecture teams.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, develop performance goals, and support career progression.
