Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Developer Advocacy, Community Management, or related roles.
- Experience within the game development industry.
- Technical background with software development experience.
- Solid understanding of game development processes and tools across mobile, PC, and web platforms.
- Proven ability to produce engaging technical content in multiple formats.
- Strong presence in online developer communities.
- Comfort and experience with public speaking.
- Fluent in both Russian and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel regularly for partner visits, conferences, and training events, primarily across the CIS region.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a strong presence in top game developer communities.
- Represent Xsolla at developer conferences, meetups, and industry events.
- Organize and participate in developer meetups, hackathons, and regional gatherings.
- Produce high-quality technical content including articles, tutorials, videos, and social media updates.
- Act as a liaison between developers and internal product/technical teams.
- Gather and share community feedback to improve features and documentation.
- Track and report on community growth, content engagement, and developer satisfaction.
