- 4+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ownership of production data pipelines and systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, data models, and data platforms.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Experience delivering solutions in partnership with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience independently driving projects from design through production deployment.
- Experience implementing data security, governance, or access control for sensitive data.
Responsibilities
- Partner with analytics, marketing, and product teams to identify and address data needs.
- Build and maintain systems that allow AI applications to access trusted data at scale.
- Define standards, infrastructure, and governance for AI-driven data experiences.
- Ensure data remains reliable, secure, and accessible for company-wide use.
- Drive projects independently from design through production deployment and operational support.
