Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in payments, acquiring, or payment processing environment.
- Strong understanding of the card payment lifecycle – authorization, clearing, settlement and the roles of schemes, issuers, and acquirers.
- Experience working with or within acquiring, PSP, or merchant services businesses.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and take ownership of complex problem spaces.
- Data-driven mindset – comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Strong stakeholder management skills – you can influence across functions and seniority levels.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first thinking with a bias for action and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle end-to-end – from discovery through to delivery and iteration.
- Define and drive product strategy for our acquiring and payment acceptance capabilities.
- Identify high-impact opportunities through data, customer insights, and market trends.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality payment solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business (Finance, Legal, GTM, Support) to ensure alignment and successful launches.
- Translate complex financial and technical requirements into clear product direction.
- Drive measurable outcomes – adoption, revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Navigate regulatory and compliance considerations in a pragmatic, scalable way.
