Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in SEO, content operations, or a combined digital marketing role.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent SEO software.
  • Experience managing content and workflows within HubSpot CMS.
  • Ability to analyze data and make independent prioritization decisions.
  • Familiarity with crawl-analysis tools such as Screaming Frog or Sitebulb.
  • Experience using content-optimization platforms like Clearscope, Surfer SEO, or Frase.
  • Familiarity with AI content-workflow tools such as AirOps.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO elements including schema markup, canonical tags, and 301 redirects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site SEO infrastructure including internal link structures, hub-and-spoke cluster architecture, and URL strategy.
  • Monitor website health by resolving technical issues like broken links, 404 errors, and crawl errors using audit tools.
  • Execute off-site SEO and backlink strategies, including partner outreach and industry publication placements.
  • Build and optimize keyword-focused content briefs and manage the end-to-end content production calendar.
  • Conduct regular content gap analyses, track competitor movements, and monitor keyword performance.
  • Maintain GA4 conversion goal tracking and report on organic channel KPIs.
