Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in JVM-based languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Scala.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining backend systems in cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, including query optimization.
- Comfortable debugging and resolving issues in distributed systems and production environments.
- Commitment to clean code, testing, performance, and software craftsmanship.
- Collaborative approach to communication with stakeholders, product managers, and designers.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend services that power the customer-facing web application.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, Product, and Design teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable user-facing workflows.
- Own features end-to-end, including technical design, implementation, testing, rollout, and support.
- Solve complex product problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Debug and resolve issues in distributed systems and production environments autonomously.
