Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience developing Python-based REST APIs.
- Experience with OpenAI LLM APIs.
- Understanding of micro-services architecture and ability to design scalable systems.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and associated programming APIs.
- Experience coding with Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
- Basic knowledge of Web Application Architecture.
- Ability to interact with business leaders to manage requirements.
- Nice to have: Experience with LLM technology stacks (Anthropic, Open Weights models) and AI Image Generation pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and architect Python-based API Microservices that make calls to LLMs and other generative models.
- Work on Python-based API Microservices that provide AI-enabled and LLM powered solutions.
- Research and maintain expertise in LLM technologies including OpenAI, Llama, Gemini, and Open Weights models.
- Manage project requirements and translate business needs into technical API specifications.
- Coordinate with the DevOps team for deployment and maintenance of API microservices.
- Integrate API microservices with internal organizational software and tools.
- Refine and optimize AI systems throughout the project lifecycle for performance and scalability.
- Write and debug core AI code, ensuring maintainable solutions.
