Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with backend development (PHP or Python) and frontend development (JavaScript).
- Proven track record of delivering features end-to-end from concept to production.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, innovation-focused approach.
- Ability to work autonomously in a small, fast-moving team.
- Product-oriented mindset capable of translating user needs into solutions.
- Understanding of security vulnerabilities and secure implementation practices.
- Experience writing automated tests and producing technical documentation.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote, global, and agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and deliver new features across backend (PHP) and frontend (JavaScript) platforms.
- Manage the innovation development lifecycle from initial concept and prototyping through to deployment.
- Develop solutions using Python and Node.js to extend product capabilities.
- Validate new product ideas, including AI-powered insights and data visualization features.
- Maintain high engineering standards through automated testing, code reviews, and clear documentation.
- Collaborate with co-founders and senior engineers via Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
