- 2+ years of team management experience, including hiring, mentoring, and retention.
- Experience evaluating and integrating external services and software.
- Experience leveraging agentic AI for team and organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and grow team members.
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team.
- Support long-term planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
