Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Education or STEM-related majors preferred).
- Prior math teaching experience is a plus.
- High-energy, enthusiastic, and charismatic personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents.
- Ability to engage and excite children effectively.
- Access to a stable computer and reliable internet.
- Availability to work 20-30 hours per week.
- Availability to work Thursday to Sunday (weekend work required).
- Commitment to ongoing training and lesson preparation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and teach online math classes for students on a weekly basis.
- Participate in paid teaching assistant work by attending classes and learning from experienced lead teachers.
- Conduct trial lessons with new students to facilitate enrollment.
- Grade homework weekly.
- Communicate with parents weekly to provide updates on student learning progress and areas for improvement.
