Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Education or STEM majors preferred).
- Prior math teaching experience is a plus.
- High-energy, enthusiastic, and charismatic personality.
- Ability to engage and excite young children effectively.
- Passionate about teaching and working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents.
- Stable computer and reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work full-time Tuesday to Sunday.
- Willingness to begin training and lesson preparation as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and teach weekly online math classes for PreK to Kindergarten students.
- Participate in paid teaching assistant work to learn teaching methods.
- Conduct trial lessons for new students to support enrollment.
- Grade homework assignments consistently.
- Communicate regularly with parents to update them on student learning progress and areas for improvement.
