Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with remediation activities, defect fixing, and troubleshooting within the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience in testing methodologies, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release testing.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform remediation activities on existing ServiceNow implementations, including fixing defects, resolving technical issues, and optimizing configurations.
- Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Analyze and remediate issues arising from platform upgrades, migrations, or new implementations.
- Design, execute, and support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Support ServiceNow upgrade testing and ensure compatibility with new releases.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
