Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience with remediation activities, defect fixing, and troubleshooting within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Hands-on experience in testing methodologies, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release testing.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform remediation activities on existing ServiceNow implementations, including fixing defects, resolving technical issues, and optimizing configurations.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Analyze and remediate issues arising from platform upgrades, migrations, or new implementations.
  • Design, execute, and support functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Support ServiceNow upgrade testing and ensure compatibility with new releases.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
