Requirements
- Profile 1: CPA, CA, or equivalent accounting certification, OR accounting degree + 2+ years in accounting/controller/finance operations.
- Profile 1: 2+ years in product management, product operations, or technical roles working on financial software.
- Profile 2: 3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or platforms with complex integrations.
- Profile 2: Proven track record building products that integrate with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical skills, including comfort with SQL and data modeling.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and/or IFRS accounting principles.
- Understanding of system architecture and data flow between platforms.
- Hands-on experience testing AI-powered features and prototyping solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level strategy documentation.
- Deep understanding of LatAm accounting practices, regulatory requirements, and business operations.
- Must be based in Latin America, preferably Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Own the accounting user experience, including spend data management and financial compliance.
- Define integration strategies with ERP and accounting software systems.
- Identify high-impact automation opportunities using AI to streamline manual finance processes.
- Conduct customer discovery interviews with CFOs, controllers, and finance teams.
- Define the product roadmap and translate complex requirements into actionable product specifications.
- Analyze workflow data and adoption metrics to build business cases and measure product ROI.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Design.
