Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in legal technology, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in trial presentation, AV technology, or jury research support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Zoom for virtual sessions.
- Knowledge of OnCue, TimeCoder Pro, and standard video editing software.
- Familiarity with AV hardware, including projectors, monitors, and audio systems.
- Ability to travel for on-site support (typically 40–50%).
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure and operate presentation and data collection technology during jury research projects.
- Manage focus group AV logistics, including participant setup and on-site coordination.
- Collect, organize, and deliver data and video recordings to research teams.
- Operate as the 'hot seat' technician, displaying and annotating exhibits in real-time using PowerPoint or OnCue.
- Build and manage OnCue databases, including synchronizing and editing deposition clips.
- Assess focus group spaces and recommend optimal AV and display hardware configurations.
- Edit videos and design exhibits using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Archive or destroy materials in compliance with company and client policies.
