Requirements
- 3+ years of compliance experience in a financial services, fintech, or banking environment.
- Working knowledge of BSA/AML requirements and the Bank Secrecy Act framework.
- Experience supporting regulatory audits and managing remediation projects.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional compliance efforts.
- Familiarity with consumer compliance regulations, including Reg E and UDAAP.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience preparing materials for working groups, committees, or regulatory submissions.
- Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous and fast-moving environment.
- Fintech or crypto industry background preferred.
- Consumer compliance experience (Reg E, prepaid/credit card) preferred.
- Familiarity with banking regulators and examination processes preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the Crypto.com Compliance Program including BSA/AML policy development and monitoring.
- Support audits and reviews of the AML compliance program and coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Develop and manage project plans for regulatory remediation efforts including scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to facilitate remediation and communicate progress.
- Prepare materials for working groups, committees, project dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Manage customer communication during the RFI process and conduct due diligence reviews.
- Support consumer compliance obligations specifically Reg E and UDAAP.
- Own and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory changes.
- Identify procedural opportunities to drive process improvements across the compliance function.
- Work with regulators and help facilitate regulatory relationships.
