Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior or principal-level product management role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing architectural decisions with engineering counterparts.
- Strong ownership mindset and initiative.
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS or FinTech.
- Ability to independently set strategy and ship complex, high-impact software products at scale.
- Proficiency in first principles thinking to break down complex user needs into scalable workflows.
- Experience leveraging AI tools for productivity and product innovation.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to combine quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Set strategy and drive execution for major product areas of the core platform.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and technical resources to deliver on product vision.
- Define and own the long-term product roadmap.
- Add oversight and rigor to product and engineering processes.
- Lead strategic enterprise integrations.
- Mentor other product managers and contribute to company culture and commercial success.
