Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Japanese (C1 minimum) and intermediate proficiency in English (B2 minimum).
  • In-depth gaming knowledge.
  • Own a PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, or modern gaming PC/laptop.
  • Dedicated quiet workspace within your residence.
  • Minimum internet speed of 15 Mb/s download and upload with latency < 120 ms.
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM.
  • Windows 11 or macOS 13.0 or newer.
  • Processor with a CPU Mark of at least 9220 (8th Gen Intel or above / 2nd Gen Ryzen or above).
  • GPU with a G3D Rating of 4806 or stronger.
  • Smartphone for two-factor authentication (Android 10.0+ or iOS 16.0+).

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer support issues for an assigned game studio.
  • Help players with account and technical issues.
  • Resolve purchase- and gameplay-related queries.
  • Stay updated on the client's newest projects, past releases, and branding.
  • Collaborate with a team of agents under a Team Lead and Operations Manager.
