Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Ability to write robust, production-grade code in Python.
- Strong knowledge of ML techniques including supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
- High proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with NLP techniques and tools.
- Hands-on experience with AWS technologies including EC2, S3, and deployment strategies.
- Experience with ML management technologies such as Docker and GPU deployments.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms for machine translation, LLM finetuning, and quality assurance.
- Own key projects from definition to deployment to ensure technical requirements are met.
- Evaluate and select appropriate machine-learning techniques and algorithms to solve specific business problems.
- Implement and optimize machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and other relevant frameworks.
- Perform statistical analysis and model fine-tuning based on test results.
- Deploy models using containerization tools like Docker and cloud infrastructure.
- Utilize AWS technologies such as Sagemaker, EC2, and S3 to monitor production environments.
- Document and communicate ML experimentation, design, and deployment processes.
