Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management within a digital agency or tech environment.
- Proven experience working directly with clients in the Middle East (MENA region).
- Solid understanding of business culture in the Middle East.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Polish and English (C1/C2 level).
- Strong familiarity with Jira and time-tracking tools.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 10-15 members.
- Strong business acumen regarding budget management and profitability.
- Understanding of modern technology capabilities and constraints.
- Product-focused mindset and proactive, solution-oriented problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage work orders and business proposals based on client needs.
- Monitor team capacity and allocate resources effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Oversee billing accuracy, budget utilization, and track hours against project budgets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams (Analytics, Design, Dev).
- Manage projects using agile methodologies (1-2 week sprints) within Jira.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to AI-first project management process development.
- Build and nurture relationships with partners in the MENA region.
