Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 9+ years of professional software development and application engineering experience.
- Strong experience designing and developing enterprise applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, application integrations, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
- Experience working within Agile software development environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Ability to successfully complete background investigation requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise software applications and services.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to sustainment.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend services.
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement corrective actions for reliability.
- Ensure software solutions adhere to security, scalability, and performance standards.
- Contribute to code reviews and maintain software engineering best practices.
- Support cloud-based and hybrid application environments.
- Partner with cybersecurity teams to implement secure coding principles.
