Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6–7+ years of industry experience.
- At least 5 years in clinical project management within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong expertise in managing global clinical trials, ideally within cardiometabolic, cardiovascular, or metabolic therapeutic areas.
- Solid understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to perform in deadline-driven environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle management of global clinical trials within the cardiometabolic area, ensuring delivery from study start-up through closeout.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, regulatory, and vendor partners.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
- Manage risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution to maintain study continuity and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and sponsors.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and optimizing workflows.
