Job Details

10+ years of experience in IT project management, portfolio management, or PMO leadership at enterprise scale.
Experience in global manufacturing or CPG environments.
Proven track record managing large, cross-functional, and strategically critical project portfolios.
Strong background in end-to-end IT project delivery using structured methodologies.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams of project and portfolio managers.
Strong financial acumen related to budgeting, forecasting, and investment decision support.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills with strong influencing ability.
Ability to operate in structured enterprise environments with complex governance and lifecycle processes.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English.

Lead IT demand intake, triage, and pipeline management across multiple business units.
Oversee portfolio planning cycles to align initiatives with strategy, funding, and capacity.
Manage end-to-end portfolio health and report on progress, risks, and dependencies.
Supervise project delivery oversight to improve predictability and ensure commitment alignment.
Identify and resolve cross-project dependencies, resource constraints, and execution bottlenecks.
Lead financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and value realization tracking.
Act as a liaison between IT leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Drive continuous improvement of PMO practices, standards, and governance frameworks.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project and portfolio managers.
