Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Surveying, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in the engineering or construction of large capital projects (>USD 100m).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrable passion for digital transformation and construction industry processes.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn new digital tools and methodologies.
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI is preferred.
- Knowledge of databases including SQL and Azure is preferred.
- Previous consultancy or product management/software development experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex client business problems by understanding needs and business processes.
- Implement best practice data solutions in collaboration with technical experts.
- Contribute to internal data initiatives and the development of digital tools.
