Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program (Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Learning & Performance, HR, Education, or related field).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in corporate learning, leadership development, manager development, or organizational effectiveness.
- Ability to analyze data and synthesize insights.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams).
- Ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Must have reliable internet access and a suitable workspace for virtual meetings.
- Experience with instructional design deliverables like storyboards and facilitator guides is preferred.
- Familiarity with adult learning theory, evaluation models, and LMS platforms is preferred.
- Exposure to leadership or behavioral assessments (e.g., DiSC, CliftonStrengths, MBTI) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop leadership and professional learning programs using adult learning principles.
- Create and quality-check learning materials including slide decks, job aids, facilitator guides, and e-learning storyboards.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness by analyzing survey results, participation data, and learner feedback.
- Support virtual and instructor-led training through session logistics, material preparation, and facilitation support.
- Conduct research on organizational effectiveness and translate findings into practical recommendations or content enhancements.
- Perform LMS administration including course setup, scheduling, reporting, and maintenance of documentation.
- Develop portfolio-ready deliverables through a capstone project aligned to business needs.
