Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner licensed in more than one of the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.
- Active DEAs in good standing in at least 1 state with authority to prescribe Schedule III-V substances.
- Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner; 3-5+ years is preferred.
- Experience in at least several areas including peptide therapy, hormone therapy, weight loss (GLP-1), anti-aging, injury & recovery, cognitive health, sexual wellness, hair-loss, and skin care.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on patient education.
- A patient-centered approach with an emphasis on care quality and outcomes.
- Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with advancements in the field.
- Minimum of 10 hours a week availability, with ability to book out at least a month in advance.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive and holistic care across the areas of peptide therapy, hormone therapy, weight loss, anti-aging, injury & recovery, cognitive health, sexual wellness, hair-loss, and skincare.
- Conduct professional telehealth consultations with patients, including hormone and general health assessments, lab screening, prescribing medication, and follow-up care for patients as indicated.
- Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
- Provide compassionate and meaningful care by employing shared decision-making with your patients, and collaborating with physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
- Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health history, wellness goals, and access to medication.
- Provide ongoing clinical support to patients as they navigate their journey, including managing medication side effects and adjusting the treatment plan based on changes in the patient's progress against established goals.
- Complete required onboarding, engage in quality assurance processes, complete new provider training and quizzes, and adhere to company guidelines, policies, procedures, and protocols.
