Requirements
- 5+ years experience in technical program management, solutions engineering, or partner integrations
- Strong understanding of APIs, data integrations, and system workflows
- Experience working directly with external partners and technical teams
- Proven ability to own complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end
- Comfortable operating in regulated or high-stakes environments
- Experience in fintech, payroll, or payments preferred
- Experience with API / embedded applications preferred
- Forward-deployed experience or launching customer/partner products preferred
Responsibilities
- Own partner integrations from contract signature through production launch
- Lead all partner integration meetings and serve as the primary point of contact
- Define timelines, milestones, and launch readiness criteria
- Own the technical delivery plan including APIs, data flows, and environments
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Support, and Sales teams
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and drive issues to resolution
- Own go-live execution and post-launch stabilization
- Build repeatable integration processes to reduce time-to-launch
